Citrus & Ember Kitchen is a chef-driven Orlando restaurant built around seasonal ingredients, open-fire cooking, craft cocktails, and a modern interpretation of Florida dining. The website project was designed to translate the restaurant’s distinctive atmosphere into a digital experience that feels as carefully considered as the food itself.
The visual direction combines rich editorial photography with confident typography, generous spacing, warm natural textures, and a restrained color palette inspired by citrus, charcoal, wood, and flame. Rather than relying on a traditional restaurant template, the site was conceived as an immersive hospitality experience that allows the cuisine, space, and personality of the restaurant to lead.
The website gives guests clear pathways to explore menus, learn about the culinary philosophy, discover private dining options, view the restaurant environment, and make a reservation. Menu presentation and reservation access were given particular attention so that essential information remains easy to find without sacrificing the elevated visual experience.
The responsive design carries the same atmosphere across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, creating a polished digital presence that supports reservations, special events, local discovery, and the overall Citrus & Ember brand.
