Services

Four ways
we work together.

Most clients start with a full design and build, then stay on care. Everything is priced per project, never per hour.

01

Website design & build

The core engagement.

Custom design and WordPress development for businesses that have outgrown a template. Strategy, sitemap, copy structure, design system, build, launch, and handover — one senior designer throughout.

  • Discovery and positioning
  • Sitemap and content architecture
  • Custom design system, documented
  • Block-based WordPress build
  • Analytics, Search Console, and tracking
  • Launch and handover
02

WordPress development

For businesses with a design already.

Clean, fast, maintainable WordPress. Custom block themes with design tokens in theme.json and registered patterns — no page-builder bloat, no plugin sprawl.

  • Custom block theme development
  • Design-to-WordPress builds
  • Migration from page builders
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals work
  • Plugin audit and reduction
  • Staging-to-production workflow
03

SEO & local search

Found by the right people in Central Florida.

Technical foundations and local visibility, built into the site rather than bolted on afterward. No programmatic location pages, no thin content.

  • Technical SEO audit and fixes
  • Local search and Google Business Profile
  • Content architecture and internal linking
  • Schema markup
  • Search Console monitoring
  • Quarterly reporting in plain English
04

Site care & hosting

Someone actually answers.

Ongoing maintenance for businesses that would rather not think about updates, backups, or uptime. Hosting managed inside your own account, monitoring, and a real person who knows your site.

  • Hosting and SSL managed in your account
  • Core, theme, and plugin updates
  • Daily backups and restore testing
  • Uptime and performance monitoring
  • Security hardening
  • Monthly content and edit support
Process

How a project runs.

Six to ten weeks for most builds. You always know what happens next.

01

Discovery

Positioning, audience, competitors, and what the site actually has to do.

02

Architecture

Sitemap, page structure, and content plan agreed before design starts.

03

Design

A real design system — type, color, spacing, components — shown on real pages.

04

Build

Custom block theme, your content, on staging where you can see it daily.

05

Launch

Migration to your own hosting, plus redirects, analytics, and Search Console.

06

Care

Updates, backups, monitoring, and edits — or a clean handoff if you prefer.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does a website cost?

More than a template and less than an agency — but the honest answer is that it depends on scope, and anyone quoting a number before understanding your business is guessing. Four things move the price: how many pages you need, whether content exists or has to be created, what has to function beyond publishing pages (booking, e-commerce, member areas, integrations), and how much of the ongoing care you want handled. A five-page site for an established firm with copy already written sits at one end. A sixteen-page site with e-commerce and photography direction sits at the other. Either way you get a single fixed project price in writing before any work starts, and it does not move unless you change the scope. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.

Will you tell me the price before I commit to anything?

Yes. Send your current site or describe the project and you will get a written scope and a fixed price at no cost. There is no charge for the conversation, no deposit to see a number, and no obligation afterward.

How long does it take?

Six to ten weeks for a typical business site, measured from the day content and discovery are complete. The single biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back.

Do you use page builders like Elementor or Divi?

No. Page builders add markup and CSS weight that work against Core Web Vitals, and they make sites harder to maintain later. We build custom block themes with design tokens in theme.json, which keeps the editor familiar and the front end fast.

Who actually does the work?

One senior designer, start to finish. The person in your discovery call designs the site, builds it, and hands it over. There is no account manager relaying messages and no junior team.

Do you write the content?

We structure it always, and write it often. Content strategy — what each page needs to say and in what order — is part of every project. Full copywriting is an add-on when you want it.

Who owns the site, the domain, and the hosting?

You do — all three, from the start. We build on our own server, then help you set up hosting and register the domain in your name, on your own account, paid by you. When the site is ready we migrate it to your hosting. For clients on a care plan we work through delegate access, so we can maintain the site without ever holding your password. Nothing is rented from us, and if you ever want to take the site to another developer, everything goes with you.

What happens after launch?

Your choice. Site care covers updates, backups, monitoring, security, and edits. Or we hand over complete documentation and you maintain it yourself. Either way the site is already yours.
