Real Estate & Property

A brokerage website cannot out-search Zillow, and it should not try. Buyers already have the listing apps; what they do not have is a reason to work with this particular brokerage. The site has to make the agents, the neighborhoods, and the properties the focus, and treat the search interface as a utility rather than the identity of the business.

Oakshore Realty is the project on this page, a boutique brokerage in Central Florida where properties and neighborhoods stay front and center and the search UI stays out of the way. Featured listings are presented with real photography and room to breathe, neighborhood pages give buyers a sense of place, and agent profiles read as people rather than headshots with a phone number. Property sites also have to integrate with MLS or IDX feeds without letting a third-party plugin dictate the design or slow the site down, and that integration is handled so listings update themselves while the pages stay fast.
